Tools for businesses
These are the tools I use for my business. They’re tried, tested and loved. Please note, some of the links contain affiliate links. This means I make a small commission if you decide to sign-up, at no extra cost to you.
SEOSpace
SEOSpace is like the Yoast for Squarespace. It’s a plugin that analyses your website and provides SEO tips to improve your Google rankings in a simplified way.
Squarespace
I build all of my websites on Squarespace. It’s a fantastic website builder with a supportive customer care team. Also, I use Squarespace for domain hosting.
Canva
Canva is an online design tool I use to create all my business graphics. There are plenty of templates to use or gather inspiration from, or you can create your own design from scratch. They offer a free account but I pay for the Pro plan which unlocks more features.
Buffer
Buffer is a social media management tool. Schedule, publish and analyse your posts performance. I use this to post across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram with ease.
ElfSight
Elfsight has 80+ extra widgets for your website. This speeds up the time coding more complex features. Add pricing tables, import Google Reviews, number counters, plus more.
Bonsai
Bonsai is a project and client management tool, invoicing software, client portal, all rolled into one. The Bonsai CRM helps me organise and stay productive.
Loom
Loom is a video recording tool. Loom allows me to film tutorials by sharing screens and sending them to clients.
ConvertKit
I love using ConvertKit for email marketing. Create automated emails and sequences so you stay top of mind to your clients and potential new clients. The best thing about ConvertKit is that it’s simple to use yet has all the best features. ConvertKit email design is super simple, which looks genuine and not like a sales pitch.
